If you find it difficult following the instructions, the simple example of this position is that of a push-up. Stay for a while and then relax your body. After relaxing your body, start again.

 

3. BOW POSE (DHANURASANA)

It helps in relieving your stress. Lie down flat onto your stomach. Fold your knees, toes facing onto the ceiling. Hold the legs with your hands and raise your chest. 4. SEATED FORWARD BEND (PASCHIMOTTANASANA)


Sit down and stretch your legs forward. Now touch the toes with the help of your hands and stay in that position for a while. After relaxing, start the position again. This pose helps in proper toning of your abdomen as well as the abdominal organs, even the pelvic organs. It helps in balancing various body imbalances and also helps in calming down the mind. 5. TREE POSE:
