Even today, milk is considered to be a versatile beverage. You can either drink it straight up or add it to some recipes to enhance its creamy flavor. There are a number of health benefits of drinking organic milk.

Milk is a rich source of nutrition and is also known to accentuate the growth process. It even makes the bones and teeth strong. Your bones need calcium for support in repairing wear and tear. There is no upper limit on the quantity of the milk to be consumed by people. However a minimum of 2 cups of milk- one in the morning and one before bed can do wonders.
