A regular, consistent revenue stream remains one of the strongest benefits to coaches conducting monthly coaching programs. You market differently for coaching classes than you do for products or short term classes. You consistently market for products, automating those marketing efforts as much as possible.

But, for monthly coaching programs, once you enroll students, you only need instigate sales and marketing efforts with them one time. Once they are in your program, you know month after month they'll continue to stay in your program. Then you have a revenue stream that you do not have to personally instigate every single month.

As already mentioned, coaching classes provide consistent revenue. Compare this with conducting classes. When you market to promote a class, you're actively selling that class. And all of your income you receive from the class ends when the class ends. But, a monthly coaching program generates consistent revenue.

You feel a sense of accomplishment as you see your students getting their desired results. And a lot of times clients tie those results to the accountability aspect of you being actively there for them as their coach.

You develop a network of students that bring to you innovative new products and services as they explain to you their niche market. This can be very good for you so that you stay on top of latest market developments.

A coaching program is an activity whereby a person shares specific knowledge about a select topic to students or apprentices. Typically, there are 2 general categories of coaching programs: business/for money and volunteer.

In the case of a business-oriented coaching program, you coach a student to completely solve a problem using his or her specific expertise in one niche market area. You show your student how to make a business out of providing to a niche market the complete solution to a particular pressing problem. As a business coach, you are providing business coaching skills so your student can structure his or her business successfully.

You, as an experienced business coach, teach your students how to use their knowledge about their specific expertise to make money. Your students exchange money for your coaching knowledge so they, too, can become coaches. You could be known as a coach's coach in this example.
