Be Amazed at the Mazda RX-8 Sports Car Features

The Mazda RX-8 is the 4-door quad coupé sports car successor of the RX-7 that was first introduced in 2002 by Mazda. It is a four-seater car with a rear-wheel-drive layout that was produced from 2002 to 2012 and fitted with a 1.3L 13B Renesis rotary Wankel engine which produced 232 HP through a 6-speed manual transmission, while the 6-speed automatic produced 212 HP.

Interior and Exterior

The RX-8 interior has a unique and special design with its rear seats that can only be open after opening the front doors via two hinged rear half-doors. It has a black sport cloth interior with black polish accents on the steering wheel and doors, a small aluminum rotor shape design on each seat. While the sports version offers manually adjustable seats. It also includes power mirrors controls, power door locks with window locks, a multi-function steering wheel with cruise control as well as a radio set, a multi-function audio system with FM/AM/satellite radio, and a 6-disc CD changer in the center stack. Both engines can be paired with a standard five-speed or six-speed manual gearbox and an optional 4-speed or six-speed automatic gearbox. Most RX-8 fuel consumption on urban roads is around 15.6L/100KM, on the highway is around 8.7L/100KM, and on average it reaches around 11.2L/100KM.
