Baga is a most famous coastal town
which is popular for its beach and every Saturday evening shopping market. Baga
beach held a weekly based shopping local market which started from evening to
late night. People can purchase several clothes, meat, fish, electronic local
devices, grocery, household items, handlooms, toys, food, villager products and
handcrafts items. The Baga coastal town
is located in Bardez town, north Goa. Baga is also famous for its beach; it is

direction. Its nearest railway station is Thivim but main junction is Margao
city which is just 49 kilometers. Its distance from Dabolim international
airport is just 40 kilometers.
