An Organization has many teams such as Front Office, back office and Middle office support.


They all work for the Common goal with different Workflow.

In front Office support, the Employees get in touch with Customers directly.


They can discover more about the Customers and they solve the queries raised by the customers.


Front Office support team gets the Information about the Consumers and they will forward it to other Department in an Organization.


The Front office executive can also contact with the Sales department regarding the Customer’s Queries.


As Interaction is the main part of Front office support, an Organization should train them properly to increase the Services.

Consider a reputed Hotel, One of the challenges that front office support might face would be   Over booking.


This might lead to low reputation to the Hotel discovering bad communication and organization skills.


This might also lead to Dissatisfaction among the Customers.


The Middle office support is more or less closely related to the Front office support and this ensures the financial services such as Control and processing of transactions in a financial company and Middle office manages Risk and IT Resources in a Product based Company.


If a Product is developed in  an Organization and if tester finds risk during Testing stage, then it is forwarded back to the development team.


Middle office services, after getting the products from the Sales team, analyses it decides which software to use and which SDLC Life cycle should be followed.


The Back office support is a support in a Financial services department and they carry out functions like Settlements, Clearances and so on.

When the processing capacity is slow due to high volume, then it is referred to as Back office Crunch.


Back Office services Department of a Company may not be in the same company.


Some companies may have Back Office Support branch in the Different place as well.


Examples of Back Office services in an IT Firm are Accounting, HR, Payroll and so on.


These tasks are supported by the Secured Database Management System Software.


A back office support will keep track of an Organization’s Transactions and Update it whenever it is needed.


In an Investment Company, The Back Office services may include Administrative functions such as support Record Keeping, security and trade settlement.
