The Office of the Clerk of Criminal Court 'C', Temple of Justice in Monrovia, Liberia has clarified that, the forgery case instituted against an Indian national Manoj Kumar Vatwani (defendant) had been quashed.

The clerk said the dismissal of the matter restores 'The defendant's rights as a free person'. The court clearance is dated 4th October, 2023.

Mr Vatwani who is currently residing in Freetown, Sierra Leone, has been given a Police clearance certificate indicating that, he has been screened by name check and finger prints classification test. "There is no criminal record traced against Mr Manoj Kumar Vatwani", the Sierra Leone Police say.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Vatwani who had been accused of being a fake pastor in Liberia, is now being absolved of all these frivolous allegations. He is now considered to be whiter than white.

A careful perusal of the case file of the Case captioned supra reveals that the Indictment drawn against Defendant Manoj Kumar Vatwani for the alleged Crime of Forgery has been quashed, the Case dismissed with prejudice to the State and the said Defendant is set free from further answering to the Crime fo Forgery. in essences, the Forgery Case institured against Defendant Manoj Kumar Vatwani by the Republic of Liberia. Painiff, has been dismissed with prejudice to the State, thereby restoring the Defendant's rights as a free person.
