ASOS is a global online fashion and beauty retailer that sells many different kinds of products, mainly for young adults. It is a UK based company that offers fashion and beauty products from over 850 brands, including its own brand. It is, therefore, an online store that young people flock to find beauty products, jewellery, accessories, footwear, menswear and womenswear from brands as well as ASOS itself. By the end of August 2015, the company had succeeded in achieving a revenue of over £11 million pounds.
 
This online store can be easily accessed from any computer as well as on your smartphone. It is an online retailer that sells its products not only in the UK but worldwide as well including the USA, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, China and Russia. Overall, it deals with 140 countries on a day to day basis and is efficient enough to deliver its products the world over from its various fulfilment centres. 

As you can probably gather from this information, it is an online store that has to deal with a large number of customers. However, ASOS has an effective customer care department located in Hertfordshire, UK. But, dealing with such a large amount of customers is not an easy task for ASOS Customer Services. People tend to have to wait for a long time to get connected with customer care executives to sort out their problems or to get answers to their queries. Let’s say, for example, that you have seen something online and you need a little bit more information about the product or deliver, and you find that getting connected to the customer service team is difficult and a frustrating process.
 
There are, however, some companies nowadays, that understand the problems faced by customers, and have set out to find a solution to this problem so that customers can connect with ASOS more easily. If you need to contact ASOS or another large company, and these companies do their best to connect you with the customer services of these companies without any delay. However, as these are third party companies then customers have to pay for this service but it means that you can get connected to common services without any kinds of problems or delay.
