1. Try connecting to the web using another device in your home (tablet, smartphone, laptop, etc.). If you can't connect using another device.
2. Reboot your wireless gateway:
  • From the back of your wireless gateway, disconnect then reconnect the power cord
  • Check the lights on your wireless gateway. The following lights should turn green within about 2 minutes:
    • Power (solid green)
    • LAN Ethernet 1, 2, 3 or 4 (solid or blinking green. Note: this applies to wired devices only)
    • DSL (solid green)
    • Internet (solid or blinking green)
  • If after 2 minutes, either the DSL light or Internet light is still off, check your physical connections

3. Try launching a different website to confirm if the issue has been resolved
4. If you still can't connect, reset the browser on your computer

To get the best results:

  • Use your  modem to conduct the test
  • If you have  TV, ensure that your set top boxes are turned off as they will consume Internet bandwidth
