  • First of all, check the connectivity with Dell machine and scan doctor: In Windows 10 & 8, a user can download specific software for Dell printer from the official website that deals with various issues including offline situations. 
  1. Connect your computer to the internet and download the installer file for the specific software.
  2. Save the file on the preferred location and open it.
  3. Click the Start button and select the name of the machine from the list.
