Application Form filling process of SAAT 2015

by Ravi Chaudhary Career & Education Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University Admission Test 2015 (SAAT) is a national level examination conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University for admission of eligible candidates into undergraduate/professional engineering and medical courses in its affiliated colleges/institutes across Orissa. The forms have been issued since 21 December 2014. The last date for submitting the SAAT 2015 Application Forms is 04 April 2015.

Application Fees to be paid for SAAT 2015 Application Form

The candidates will have to remit a non refundable application fees of Rs. 500/- for obtaining the SAAT 2015 Application form and information brochure.

How & from where to avail SAAT 2015 Application Form

Desirous candidates can obtain their application forms after following the under listed steps:

• The aspiring candidates can apply online at the official website of SOA University. The application fees can be paid online via Debit Card/Credit Card/internet Banking.The candidates who will apply online for admissions will not be required to send separate copy of the application form in physical mode to the University.
• The candidates can purchase the application form from the admission counter at SOA University or can request for the application form to be sent by post. For availing the application forms through post, the candidates will be required to send their request letter alongwith the application fees paid via DD drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of “Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University” payable at Bhubaneshwar.
• The candidates can also purchase the application forms by making cash payments of the application fees from various notified branches of Punjab National Bank, Axis Bank, Central Bank and Syndicate Bank.
• The forms can also be downloaded from the official website of SOA University. The candidates will have to send the duly filled application forms alongwith application fees paid via DD drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of “Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University” payable at Bhubaneshwar and other requisite documents as required for the purpose of admission.

Few other Important guidelines to be kept in mind

• The instructions given should be read carefully before filling the form and the candidate should fill the form as per the instructions provided. The information being filled in the form should be authentic as these will be verified by the University at the time of admissions.
• The candidates must make sure that he/she carefully mentions the name of the course on the cover of the envelope in which the application will be sent via post. They must not staple, pin or fold the application form. The application form must be enclosed with duly filled acknowledgement card and application fees DD. A postage stamp of Rs 6/- should be affixed along with the acknowledgement card.
• The candidates should sign the Declaration Form given at the end of the application form with a blue/black pen. The declaration form must also be countersigned by the candidate’s parents or guardian.
• The candidates should also affix a recent passport size color photograph along with the SAAT 2015 Application Form.
