1.     Lowers Cholesterol

By the age, the cholesterol rate increases in human body and it is especially noticed in elders.

                                  ·    Apple Cider Vinegar reduces the cholesterol level and lowers the overall triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol which is not good for the human body and improves the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol which is good for human body.

 

2.     Boosts Energy

Apple Cider Vinegar not just contains acetic acid it also contains lots of minerals and vitamins, Potassium etc. and if it’s a “mother” vinegar then it contains raw enzymes too which are beneficial for us.

Method:

·       Kick coffee and drink ACV tonic by preparing 10% vinegar and 90% water.

·        Use it in salad dressings.

·        Use ACV in green tea and soups.

·        Just before bedtime drink ACV tonic.

·        Massage the ACV over stressed muscles.

3.     Reduces nighttime cramping

You have to adopt other habits too to stay healthy like:

·        Eat green vegetables

·        Intake of lots of protein food

·        Sprouts

·        Physical activity

·        Avoid processed food

·        Get more sleep

·        Lower your stress

·        Be happy.

·   If you are sweet tooth person go for jaggery sweet items, not sugar.

·        Monitor your sugar level.

 

5.     Prevents cardiovascular diseases

Apple Cider Vinegar reduces the blood pressure as well as lower LDL levels and higher HDL levels. Take ACV daily or you can follow this recipe.

Ingredients:

                                  ·          Ginger Juice – 1 cup

                                  ·          Garlic Puree – 1 cup

                                  ·          Lemon Juice – 1 cup

                                  ·          Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 cup

                                  ·          Honey – 3 cup.

Method:

1. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat - ginger juice, garlic juice, lemon juice and vinegar in a saucepan and keep mixing.

2.  Take it off heat, cool it properly.

3.   Mix 3 cups of honey to it after it get cooled.

4.  Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle and store in a refrigerator.

Take 1 tablespoon of this medicine on an empty stomach every morning and feel the difference.
