Ginger Juice – 1 cup

Garlic Puree – 1 cup
·
Lemon Juice – 1 cup
·
Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 cup
· Honey – 3 cup.
Method:
1. Cook
for about 30 minutes on medium heat - ginger juice, garlic juice, lemon juice
and vinegar in a saucepan and keep mixing.
2. Take
it off heat, cool it properly.
3. Mix
3 cups of honey to it after it get cooled.
4. Pour
the mixture into a clean glass bottle and store in a refrigerator.
Take 1 tablespoon
of this medicine on an empty stomach every morning and feel the difference.
