Anna Texas Home Sales were up 17% in October 2013 over the same month last year with 27 homes selling this month! So far this year, overall home sales were at 299 homes sold, a 32% change from this time last year. New Anna Texas Real Estate listings changed 86% for the same period last year with 39 homes listed this month. So far this year, ovferall home listings underwent a 23% change with 381 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 100%, with 30 homes contracted.
