AMUEEE: Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam 2018

The AMUEEE 2018 is also known as the Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam. Candidates are already aware of the fact that the application dates for this exam for the 2018-19 session have passed. All application windows are now closed. However, candidates who have already applied for the AMUEEE 2018 will have the opportunity to make corrections to their AMUEEE 2018 application forms. The form correction window will remain open from the 22^nd of March to the 25^th of March 2018. The university exam council is set to conduct the AMUEEE 2018 on the 13^th of May 2018. 

Candidates must note that the exam for B. Tech applicants will begin from 10:00 AM. Whereas, the exam for b. Arch will commence from 03:00 Pm on the same day. Moreover, candidates must note that the AMUEEE 2018 results will be out by the second week of April 2018. 

All candidates will be offered admission to undergraduate level courses on the basis of the scores obtained in the engineering entrance exam. the candidates must also note that after the declaration of the results, the candidates will have to take part in the counselling process. The counselling process is followed by the seat allotment process.  

The counselling process of the AMUEEE  2018 is expected to be conducted in three rounds. The same is expected to commence somewhere in the first week of July 2018. 

The Aligarh Muslim University offers more that 465 seats across 7 B. Tech programmes. There are and additional 150 seats for the B.E evening programmes. AMUEE 2018 Admit Card – 

Candidates are notified that they will be able to access their respective AMUEEE 2018 Admit Card from the official university website. The university will release the AMUEEE 2018 Admit Card from the second week of April 2018 in online mode. Only those candidates who have successfully registered themselves with the university website can download the AMUEEE 2018 Admit Card from the website. The candidates must note that they won’t be able t sit for the entrance exam without furnishing their admit cards at the exam hall. As such, they are suggested to carry the AMUEEE 2018 Admit Card with them on the day of the exam, without fail.  

Steps to download the AMUEEE 2018 Admit Card 

·         Visit the AMUEEE 2018 Admit Card link on the official website of the university.

·         Select the course that the candidate has applied for.

·         Enter the application ID and password.

·         Click the submit button and the Admit Card will flash on the screen.

·         Download the AMUEEE 2018 Admit Card and get a copy made of the same.

AMUEEE 2018 Exam Pattern is mentioned in the column below:

 

·         The AMUEEE 2018 exam paper will have a total of 150 questions.

·         Subjects will include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

·         All questions in the exam paper are objective type in nature.

·         Candidates can fetch 1 mark for each correct answer.  0.25 marks to be deducted for every incorrect answer.
