Our body consists of many blood vessels and the main work of these blood vessels which is from our brain to toes are in the web of tiny and big blood vessels, they are the powerhouse of our body to supply blood from one part to another as without proper circulation of our blood we cannot live.  Arteries are blood vessels that carry blood when we get some problems in our blood circulation due to their Blockage the whole system of our blood circulation gets halt.

As clogged or blocked arteries can do many fatal, which results in stroke, heart attack, which can be a big cause of our death also, as arteries are the main source of our body to supply blood from one corner to another of our whole body as they go from our brain to tips of our toes, if your arteries are healthy and have smooth inner walls then there is no problem of flowing of blood from one part of our body to another, if a person is suffering or develops clogged arteries result from a substance which is known as plaque which builds up in the inner walls of arteries, hence our blood flow gets affected it gets slow down and in some cases, it blocked the arteries.

We should be aware maybe we are young or old it can target anyone “Arterial plaque” (blocked arteries), we should be aware of this disease to prevent the serious consequences of this menace. As deposits of the plaque are growing day by day a condition called Artherosclerosis, which is a process seems to stem from damage to the lining of the arterial wall.

Blocked Arteries

Causes of Coronary Arterial Disease

The four coronary arteries which are the prime coronary arteries, they are on the surface of the heart are:

  • A.Right main coronary artery.
  • B.Left main coronary artery.
  • C.Left circumflex artery.
  • D.Left anterior descending artery

When these arteries are get affected due to some problems given blow then they halt the proper flow of blood to circulate throughout the whole body

1.Cholestrol: In our blood, we have good and bad, 2 kinds of cholesterols, everybody has high-density lipoprotein (HDL)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL),when the level of bad cholesterol gets high, and the level of good cholesterol gets low, in percentage, HDL is helping in removing the bad cholesterol, from plaque in clogged arteries and then it transfers it back to the liver where it is eliminated.

Elevated circulating blood sugar or Diabetes, but sometimes people who have elevated blood sugar but their problem has not reached yet to diabetes, but they are prone to the risk of plaque formation.

2.High blood pressure: It is also the cause of increasing the rate where the arterial plaque is building up.It makes the process of clogged arteries to get harden,(which is not good for the circulation of blood )more faster

3.Smoking: It also increases atherosclerosis in the Arteries of the aorta which is largest artery in the body including the arteries of the legs and heart.

4.Factors other than the factors mentioned above  which are responsible for CAD coronary artery disease may be of family history of coronary artery disease, obesity, and sedentary lifestyle may the reason for CAD
