Aloe Vera The King Among Moisturizers, Even for Summers

Take 2 parts Aloe Vera and 3 parts water and mix well. Add any essential oil to the mix, say Jojoba Oil, Castor Oil or Tea Tree oil. Transfer the concoction to a spray bottle and spray on your damp, post-wash hair. Leave it to get smooth and shiny hair. Wash it off after 8 hours.

1.      Simple and pure Aloe Vera gel for skin
Pure Aloe Vera gel as extracted by the above discussed method can also be used as a moisturizer for skin, especially in cold climates. You can also apply a thick layer of Aloe Vera gel after a face wash and rinse it with warm water after 15-20 mins for a mini-Aloe Vera pack. This will deeply moisturize your skin and help tackle any dryness or patches.

2.      Aloe Vera exfoliator

Mix 1 part Aloe Vera with 1 part sugar to make an exfoliating scrub. Use this scrub on your face, lips, feet and legs. It is soothing to the skin and gently removes dead skin and bacteria from the skin.

3.      Aloe Vera for Eczema

Aloe Vera has anti-bacterial properties and helps in the treatment of Eczema by acting as a preventive against infections. Using pure Aloe Vera gel on dry patches can also help contain dryness and reduce chances of infections on eczema patches.
