  4. Potassium binders - The damaged kidneys cannot take enough potassium out of the blood. That time you cannot consume a high amount of potassium food because it causes your heart and other muscles problems.   5.   6. Iron supplements - When you are not having an adequate amount of iron in your blood, then it may cause anemia (not having enough red blood cells). Your healthcare provider will recommend you to take iron pills, but you can take iron by eating foods products which have a high amount of iron, instead of taking any artificial pills.
