App Starts with beautiful Mecca background splash screen, which gives you a islamic feeling and take you to the Muslim prayer times app. Let’s talk about all app feature individually.
Prayer times and Qibla, Azan gives 5 prayer times and also sunrise time. So you can see all six times in screen at one time. At top of the screen there is gregorian date and place name for the location which you have set place name. Place name can be set manually too in setting screen. App covers almost 200+ countries in database with all possible locations worldwide. You can check next days prayer times and previous days prayer times. THere are six different methods for prayer times and 2 methods Safi and Hanafi. User can set Alarm for different prayers individually, There are Alarm time options to set, e.g if user wants to set alarm before 5 minutes or 10 minutes prayer time. You can chose your own alarm tone too.
App gives beautiful Ramadan Times UI for Sehri/Suhoor times and Iftar times, Ramadan is a holy month of islam. People do fasting in this month and It is regarded as one of the five pillars of Islam. According to crescent moon Fasting last for 29-30 days. People start fasting at sehri time early in the morning and end fasting in evening which is known as Iftar. User can go to next Sehri/Iftar times and previous as well. Set Alarm for Sehri and Iftar too by just pressing Alarm icon on above. Fasting is fardh(obligatory) for adult Muslims, not for those who are suffering from an illness, travelling, are elderly, pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic or going through menstrual bleeding.
Qibla compass feature gives qibla direction a very simply way by using magnetometer in your device. In Islam, this direction is called qibla, and points towards the city of Mecca and specifically to the Kaba. Muslims all praying towards the same point is traditionally considered to symbolize the unity of the Muslims worldwide, under Sharia (Law of God). While the compass, like any other compass, points north, this compass shows direction to qibla. Put your device on device on flat surface away from magnetic area and find the qibla direction easily. The Qiblah has importance beyond salaat and plays a part in various islamic traditions. The head of an animal which is slaughtered using halal methods is usually aligned with the Qiblah. After death, Muslims are usually buried with the body at right angles to the Qibla and the face turned right towards the direction of the Qiblah.
Islamic Calendar shows Gregorian dates which is also called western calendar and Islamic dates or Hijri dates on Same Calendar UI. All islamic dates are synchronise with western. If you find dates wrong with 1-2 days then you can set Hijri dates adjustment in Setting option. There is one more feature in app which is Islamic Date converter, User can convert western date to Hijri date and vice versa. Converter Screen has beautiful UI with wheeler to select date easily. when you change date in any of wheeler then you can see reflect to other wheeler and get the date easily. Its the very simple way to check dates in gregorian and hijri format. Its very useful option for students and people who want to check date every day.
99 Names Allah which is also known as Asmaul Husna gives you all Allah Names which are introduced in holy book Quran. All names are beautifully shown in UI. Allah names image and below those play button to hear audio for easy pronunciation. Below that you can see english meaning of each allah name. According to Islamic tradition, Muhammad is said to have invoked God by a number of names. The most common hadith used to cite the 99 names is considered weak, though there are less commonly cited hadith which are considered authentic and also support the same point.
Ramadan Duas feature shows you 5 different duas in English and Arabic formats. User can hear audio by pressing play button. If you do not understand Dua meaning then read Dua meaning in detail in other tab. Duas are very important when people start fast and close fast. Duas are directly related with our dedication to God. In islam every work start by taking Allah name.
