So to run this huge group smoothly SBI required large number of Employees, in this context, few days ago State Bank of India released the notification for recruitment of more than 17000 vacancies of Junior Associates and Junior Agricultural Associates posts in Clerical Cadre. è Selection process

Þ  The selection process will consist of online test in two phases.

Þ  Phase one (preliminary Examination) Examination consisting of objective test of 100 marks.

Þ  Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing passing marks to be decided by the Bank.

    Phase III consists interview, candidates qualified in the test (main Examination) will be called for interview.

Þ Depending upon the number  of vacancies only certain number of candidate from amongst those who qualify by ranking high enough in the merit will be called for interview in the ratio of Maximum 3 candidates for each vacancy.

     Final Selection—The marks obtained in the preliminary (Phase-I) will not be added for the selection and only the marks obtained in main Examination (Phase-II) will be added to the marks obtained in interview (Phase-III) for preparation  of  the final merit.
