2. There is no need to do so if you booked your ticket prior to marriage and travel is post marriage and you want to change your name on Alaska Airlines. All you have to do is take your marriage certificate with you.The airport authority will consider this as evidence and allow you to enter. 

3. If you would like to change your name on your flight ticket after 24 hours of actual purchase, you will have to pay some fee for making the change.

 • Alaska Airlines allows its passengers to make changes to any reservation 24 hours a day, without paying any additional rupees. So, if you have booked your flight in the last 24 hours then you are eligible to change your name, and can proceed with the process.

 • First you have to go to the official website then you can change the name by selecting "Manage Travel" option.

 • Keep in mind that the 'name change process' will have to be done within 24 hours. If you do after 24 hours you will have to pay $125 to change your name on an Alaska Airlines ticket.

 • Be sure to note that Alaska Airlines will consider a name change that is a typo error and needs to be converted to a single letter.

 • If you want and need to change your full name, you will need to submit legal documents duly signed and stamped by the authorized person.

 • If you have booked your flight through travel agents, you can also get your name changed by contacting them. Or you can also contact the customer service or travel desk at the airport.
