Aircraft Maintenance Engineering – Eligibility, Entrance Exam, Course Fee & Institute
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) is 3 year license program which is regulated by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Ministry of Civil Aviation and Gov. of India. Mainly an AME is responsible for safety, security and maintenance of an aircraft. AME is authorized to issue the Flight Releasing Certificate (FRC).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be pass out class 12th with non-medical stream (PCM)of any board or may be diploma holder with any stream. The age limit of candidate must between 16 to 24 at the time of admission. All candidates who are eligible for B.tech are also eligible for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course.
Entrance Exam
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Test (AME CET 2018) is a national level common entrance test to get admission in AME institute that is approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Gov. of India.
