Migration of wildebeest in Kenya is a spectacle that you would not like to miss in any case. All these things can be seen in the Masai Mara national park which is situated in Kenya, Africa. Popularity of this place can be measured by the fact that in recent times it has become so famous that it is now been known as the eighth wonder of the world. Wildebeest migration consists of the animals which are herbivorous animals and are founded in these parts of African constituency. Because, of the fact that most of them can be seen in Tanzania and Kenya between the months of June and September. Things that attract people from across the globe are the scenery of these animals which weigh nearly 130kgs each trying to cross the Mara River to reach Kenya. As they cross the river in groups of hundreds and thousands drown in the process. Moreover, many of them are captured by crocodiles across or inside the river.

The wildebeests have practised or learnt with time to cooperate alongside work together to ensure their safety as a team. Within this process young creatures are squeezed in the middle as a part of the whole planning with mature animals surrounding them if they are making the move. Pursuing this task will increase their chances of survival.

The Kenyan government is trying its level best to make these moments last forever by making sure that there is no interference in to the Mara ecosystem by anybody. Because in recent times, massive amount of forestation activities are being seen to try and manage climate in the drought threatened areas. Furthermore human trespassing into the whole area of Mara is being totally banned along with people having farms around the forest are being moved to various other places. The President of the State is trying hard to make sure that this type of great revenue earner is been preserved even for upcoming generations. As a result of which, people from all over the world can come & enjoy the beauty of this entire location.
