Adam J Clarke: A Tale of Grit

by MC P. Marketing

Macropay’s Founder & CEO Adam J Clarke never took the easy path. He knows that success can come in many forms, and he's living proof of it with his company growing exponentially year after year despite some tough challenges!

Winning Personal Battles

Mental health issues are no hindrance for being successful, as Adam J Clarke has shown us. He's the perfect example of someone with ADHD who was able to use their unique perspective and creativity in order to come up with new solutions when faced by any business challenge - whether big or small!

When Macropay's founder was just 16 years old, he decided that going into sales would help him build the life of his dreams. After surpassing adults within the company he worked for, he remembers feeling unbeatable. His belief in himself grew even stronger and so did his aspirations. He wanted to start his own company.

In less than a decade, Adam went from being just another hard-working person to an accomplished Founder and CEO of Macropay. He put in all those hours working towards success and it finally paid off for him!

A Successful Start Up

The drive to succeed was perfectly aligned in Adam J Clarke, who had a deep understanding of sales processes and an obsession with scaling them. As he began his endeavor as a business owner, it became clear that success would not come easy; but it is not impossible.

Macropay has managed to grow from one operation into three different countries while remaining focused on expanding their technology to solve real world problems.

The innovative FinTech has been relentless about innovation, and their current trajectory is set to lead them straight towards even more success. Their Open Banking technology is set to double profits compared to previous years.

Winning is For Anyone

Think you can't handle starting your own business? Adam J Clarke has some good advice for people who are interested in becoming their own boss. He advises that “You should not believe that the entrepreneurs you look up to are different from you. The only difference is the ability to handle failure and rejection at an incredible rate. Standing up again after getting knocked over by failure is the most important part of being an entrepreneur.

Adam further emphasizes his point by quoting Les Brown, “It’s not over until you win.
