A corporate business runs with coordination of various departments working under one leadership. We cannot give credit to anyone department for the success neither we can blame anyone department for failure if any. To begin with, explaining the primary objective of this business procedure I will mention all the necessary departments with their importance in the business. So let us first list the departments that we are going to learn about today.
Marketing:
Marketing is considered to be one of the most popular business departments in the world. Without marketing, this world would have been a boring and a place where people would use the necessities when required at peak. To look into the marketing side of the business organization, we first need to understand the basics of marketing. Marketing often comes with the phrase “SALES.” Though these two branches are way different than another, they need to work cumulatively to have a better picture at large. Marketing involves a necessary strategy to present the product or the service in the market very effectively. Marketing department in a business examines the past trends and gather the records of failure and success to effectively start a campaign that will benefit the company and society at large. With so many different small firms that are outsourcing the marketing projects, it is very challenging to come up with a new idea every time.
Finance:
Financial Department is the back office in a business organization. All the money and asset related activity are carried out in this department. It also includes the allotment of shares of the company and the different trade offers. Traders who are interested in getting shares for the companies need to register at first and then trade. Human Resource:
Do you ever imagine how you got the festive bonus at your workplace? Or ever wondered who gave you the holiday bonus? The HR department of the company does all these things. All the salary related and the HR department decides all the holiday-related perks. This department manages all the requirements of the workforce and the timing systems in the organization. You have to report to the HR manager every time you have queries about any person, timing or the payment.
Operations:
Operations are the department where all the process planning of the product and the service takes place. Suppose this is a manufacturing plant, then all the manufacturing process plan is decided by the operations department. This department handles all the maintenance and production related queries.
