steps and break it down further. Soon your tasks will compel you to think that
‘it is so simple I can get this done right now and relax later.’ Focusing on
the immediate phase will enable you to put in your best and get it done to your
best ability without wondering about other phases.
Make Changes to Your Environment
Different environments have different impact on your
productivity. Look around your room and desk. Does it make you want to work or
does it make you want to sleep in and call it a day? Another thing to notice is
that an environment that might be compelling you to work right now might turn
out to be ineffective later. If that is the case, time to turn things around.
Create a Detailed Timeline with Deadlines
Having just a single deadline for your
work is not right. This happens in the case of paying bills. If you find
yourself thinking ‘Can someone else pay my bills?’ more than often, due dates
are not something you can deal with. You can solve this problem by using bill
