Oracle E-Business Suite is a suite of modules and among them is the CRM (customer relationship management) module. Before trying to understand what an Oracle CRM consultant does, it is important to know what is CRM. 

What is CRM?

A CRM platform provides organized access to customer information, accounts, prospects, market intelligence, consumer preferences, inferences, historical information, demand patterns etc. This way, all departments, whether they are client-interfacing or not, have access to customer information. Using this information they can align their departmental goals to serve the customer better. 

Modules in Oracle CRM system

Facilitate the automatic recording and organization of business development data for sales support and automation.
  • Some organizations may want expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). This tool is used to integrate a company and its sub-company corporate/customer information.
