Altruistic: This person would go out of his way to make others happy, sometimes at the cost of getting himself in trouble. People take undue advantage of him for their selfish gains.

Chamchi: She loves to be in the good books of the boss. She's willing to go the extra mile to make the boss happy. She will spy on colleagues, sweet talk you into giving out information only to pass it on to the boss. She always speaks in favour of her superior and also covers up for her absence. However, it's not difficult to spot one at work. People can easily identify her and know better than to confide in her. The life expectancy of a chamchi in the organisation will last only till the boss exists.

Reliable: This person is the best of the lot. Want someone to work on your weekly off? She's only too willing to lend her supporting hand. You can confide your secrets in her and be sure they won't be shared.

Noncommittal: Such people mind their business and choose to be blind to the happenings around. All they want is to be paid at the end of every month. They might offer lip sympathy, but never expect them to stand by you during crisis.

Backstabber: He's very social and talks to everybody. But his intentions aren't genuine. You never know when he'll let you down. He might let you down when you least expect it. Should he land in crisis, he will use you to get out of it. For instance, if the boss is unhappy with your work, he'll conveniently place the blame on you to save his a**.

Rumour monger: She's always hungry for interesting gossips so she can pass it on to others during lunch or coffee break. She's interested about your personal life, problems and everything about you. Rumours floating around your love life? You know the culprit.

Flirt: No, you don't have to stay away from him as he's harmless. He thinks he's the reincarnation of Lord Krishna and loves to be seen around with women. He doesn't miss an opportunity to complement you. He makes you feel like the most beautiful person on earth. Many feel such people boost your confidence.

Humorous: He has a great sense of humour and very witty. He makes boring work life so much better and tolerable. You literally chill out when he's around.
