Simmtronics, under IndrajitSabharwal's management, expanded its product line to cover motherboards, graphic cards, LED monitors, pen drives, micro SD cards, and hard disk drives. It was followed by international expansion when distribution subsidiaries were established in Singapore in 2005 and in Dubai in 2006. Simmtronics had 21 offices in 14 countries by 2012, with more than 500 people on its payroll and a turnover of Rs 550 crore, maintaining a steady annual profit margin of 10-12%.

One of the key milestones for Simmtronics was the release of a line of tablets in March 2012, comprised of 24 locally made customized products. The company delivered tablets to 11 nations, including notable clients such as Micromax, and sold about 400,000 units globally, including 70,000 in the Middle East. These developments established Simmtronics as a pioneer in integrated manufacturing and highlighted India's capability in the global technology manufacturing industry. ​
