 3. Keep Your First Sentence Ready

When you are sure what your first sentence will be, mistakes will not occur and you would know what to speak. These errors provide a chance to the person whom you are calling, to end the conversation. Make your opening sentence such that it will spark off the conversation.

4. Draft Out Your Script for Whole Conversation

This means it is the best time to make a cold call.
