There are few things which separate boys from men. Certain skills needed to make money are important but when it comes to guts and dealing with complicated situation, the clear difference between the two breeds is obvious. Let me give you an example with football. One of the best football players in the world is Cristiano Ronaldo. I know of no one who can argue with that. Still, Messi is the most popular and granted player. The reason for me is the courage Messi has. Even in tough situations his courage shines trough. He doesn't give up and keeps "fighting" till the end. He can bare loses better because of his confidence too. The same goes for the major difference between Schumacher and Senna. Yes the German has more titles but when it comes to sheer excitement and talent, the Brazilian driver will probably stay on top for many years to come. So, in order to point out the basics which separate men from boys, I will give my own list of criteria related to everyday people and our day to day issues.

#1 Change a light bulb

It's more of a metaphor than an actual judging criteria. Of course, you must be able to change an old bulb but that's actually not very hard and even women can do it. The idea is to be man enough to fix small electrical and plumbing issues. If you have the money you can hire professional handyman but that is not the idea. Jey Leno also can hire someone to fix his cars but he rather does it on his own, because that's more manly. If you can't, learn how to do it. It'll be good for your wallet, your home and your self-confidence.

#2 Car driving

Public transportation system is greatly developed today but the ability to drive a car is a must for every man. You may not need it, which is unlikely according to me but it's a status marker. If you don't own a car, you are sort of "less man." Cars are what horses were for people in the past – they help with the work and show our status in society.

#3 Wood Cutting

In our insanely developed technological society, we may never face the need to cut woods. However, its probably one of the most manly things you can actually do in your life. And be sure that most women like it. It shows pure, brutal and unrestrained physical power. You want to be areal man? Grab the nearest axe!

#4 Baby Care

The duality of a man is what some guys don't get. Each man should be strong and powerful to fight and bare physical work well but in the same time responsible and gentle enough to take care of a baby. If you want to call yourself a real man, you must know how to change diapers and pamper a baby.

#5 Cooking

It's hard to say who is better in cooking – men or women but the manliest men are great cooks too. It takes fantasy, knowledge, experience and taste to be a good cooker. If you aren't able to feed your kids and family you cannot call yourself a man in the full meaning of the word.

#6 Cleaning

Cleaning is well known for being a women's responsibility but there are exceptions. Oven cleaning is one of them. In order to clean an oven you need to disassemble it, clean each sheet of glass of the door, clean the inside of the oven from grease and reassemble door and knobs again. Most oven cleaners Bicester OX26 recommend the usage of just a few drops of soapy water and a spatula. It's really the easiest and cheapest way to perform a cleaning. At the end of the day you will not be worried if the oven was cleaned properly and even the possibility of chemical leftovers should be gone.

#7 Build a house

Each man in his life should build a house or should pay for a home. This probably sounds like the point of view of a man lived hundred years ago but it makes so much point that it is hard to neglect it. Pay for your own apartment or house, build your home or do anything but put efforts into creating your own home.

#8 Plant a tree

Hopefully with these 8 most significant points I made my statement clear. Each man should be strong and have fun but gentle in the same time take proper care of his family. That's how get the concept of manliness.
