Avoid smoking and boozing-

Exercise regularly-

Brisk walking in the morning and evening can help reduce stress levels, increase metabolism in body and help keep the entire system in order. One can also go for regular cardio exercises so that to keep himself/herself fit and flexible. This can also help increase libido.


Drink enough fluid-

Human body is made of 70% water, so drinking fluids can help one stay in goodcondition. During summers, it is important for an adult to drink 4-5 liters of water every day. Drinking water can help keep your system clean and can also help take care of your sexual health.
