Those who score above 6 can apply for admission in multiple foreign universities. The test aims to evaluate one’s skills in writing, speaking, listening, and reading English. So, you will have to be an all-rounder. Getting the band score above six is not so difficult if you are focused and well-prepared. 


Preparation Since Your School Age

When you have made your mind to study abroad, you will have to participate in the IELTS or relevant exam. For which, you need proficiency in English. Try to pay attention to the words and accent of them to make your understanding clear about the language. The practice will dramatically improve your listening ability. 


Make a Group of Friends to Improve Speaking

Non-English speakers often find difficult to get an environment where people are speaking in English. In this situation, you can make a group of friends who are preparing for the same. Take a topic and create a debate kind of environment on the topic. Make sure everyone in the group knows about the topic and are prepared for it to debate.
