There are eight different plans to choose from, like Women’s, Men’s, Heart Healthy, and Vegan, to name a few. I was concerned at first that I wouldn’t be able to share it with my spouse, but their Signature plan features meals that hover around 350 calories a piece and are high in protein and balanced carbohydrates, so it works for anyone.
