Clift is not only famous for his exquisite dishes but also is well known for using modern science and technology to enhance food and flavours. The new Gastrosmiths is an interesting mix of delicious food items from across different cultures including Japanese, Spanish, Canadian and Italian. 4) Chopseuy Cafe
