This will help you find out how reliable and trustworthy they are. If they are in business for quite some time then it proves that they have survived the test of time. Your decision to hire them will depend on this. Do they have expertise in the type of event you are planning to organize? If not the same, they should have expertise in managing a similar type of events that you have planned. Ask them what size of events they have managed earlier. Also, try to understand what are the different areas they have expertise?

3. Previous Records

Ask about their previous records. If they can show your portfolios of their work done earlier then it would give you an overview of their work quality.

4. What All Services They Offer

This is again a very important question. Ask them what all services they can offer you. Catering, Entertainment, Decorations, Venue arrangement, Furniture, Lightings, Utensils, etc. You will have to ask each and everything without a miss. First, you should know your requirements, then only you can have questions for them.

5. Resources

What is their workforce? How many staff they will engage in your project? Will they prepare everything on their own or will hire more vendors for support?
