But the good news in all this is that the manufacturers along with the innovative chefs are making it easier than ever to adopt healthy eating patterns. Before World War II, all crops grown were organic. It was only afterward that farmers started using, synthetic pesticides and chemicals to minimize weed, insects, and rodent damage. After becoming aware of health benefits of organic food, many people started to worry about the long-term effects of ingesting chemical residues from "conventional" produce. This was when people started to actually think about organic food. But again their thinking came to a halt because of the prices of organic food. But still if keep this tiny problem aside just for the moment we can see the other facts about organic food that we were unaware of and these are very important for our health.

Everyone can afford organic food – Nowadays, organic food is not just for the rich but for everyone. Now everyone can afford organic food easily as it is available on online grocery stores with various discounts and offers. Many people avoid buying organic jowar flour because of its high price in the local markets but they do buy jowar flour online because there they can compare prices and then buy. And to compare prices they do not have to hop from vendor to vendor instead just change tabs.

All organic products may not be 100% organic – If you are purchasing organic food at the local organic store by seeing the organic seal then you must know that to carry that organic seal the food only needs to be 95% organic so while organic food make sure you only buy organic food that mentions 100% organic on the label as those are the food items that are 100% organic.

Best for pregnant women and infants – We all that organic food is best for our health and makes our lifestyle very pure but did you know organic food is best for pregnant women and infants? You must be wondering how, well it is a fact that even low level of pesticide can effect them and conventional food is filled with them.

Organic seafood is not real – While shopping for organic food I have seen organic seal on every organic food. Well, organic seal can be put on grains, fruits, vegetable and even meat but when it comes to seafood there is no such standard as you cannot artificially produce sea food it is just not possible neither can you add something synthetic so putting organic seal on sea food is just a hoax. 

Organic food is more nutritional – It is not a hidden fact that conventional food is cheaper than organic food but it is not as nutritious as organic food because organic food is high in mineral content and has 25% low mercury content.

Just remember the trend of healthy eating can only be successful if you do the same with organic food and not conventional food as organic food is truly healthy in every sense.
