A list of things to do this weekend should include some healthy options. Many studios do introductory or outdoors classes to attract potential customers. Join in! You can even invite your friends and make it a fun group activity.

Be a good citizen

If you have an issue you truly care about, you can find a charity working to improve the situation, call them, and ask how you can help. You can dedicate your time preparing food for a soup kitchen, fundraising for a worthy cause, or even building affordable housing for the homeless.
