The Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery will significantly increase the service life of a UPS. Since a LiFePO4 battery has more capacity (energy and power density) than a lead-acid equivalent, it provides a much longer battery runtime. The battery is also safer than Lithium-ion for UPS systems due to no thermal runaway issues that are inherent in Lithium-ion’s battery chemistry. Falcon’s LiFePO4-powered SSG UPS systems include over current, over voltage and ambient temperature protection to avoid over charging.

The ultra-reliable SSG UPS has been specifically designed for use in demanding environments. All models are UL, cUL and CE approved to assure reliable operation from -20°C to 55°C. Hot-swap, 10-year rated batteries reduce costly battery replacements. Its on-line, double conversion topology provides the maximum level of power quality and protection, even while operating from marginal utility and generator power sources.
SSG-RP Industrial UPS (Ultra-wide temperature)

The ultra-wide temperature SSG-RP UPS has been specifically designed for use in harsh thermal environments. All models have received UL, cUL and CE approval to operate reliably from -30°C to 65°C. Extreme temperature (-40°C to 80°C), 10 year rated batteries are packaged in external hot-swappable battery banks. Its on-line, double conversion topology provides the maximum level of power quality and protection, even while operating from marginal utility and generator power sources.

The “ready-to-install” NEMA enclosure works with the SSG and SSG-RP UPS systems. These outdoor UPSs are UL, cUL and CE approved to operate in harsh temperature environments of -20°C to 55°C (SSG) and -30°C to 65°C (SSG-RP). The high-grade powder-coated enclosure features forced air cooling and the UPS inside is designed with rugged components and batteries. All size enclosures and many options are available.

The FN Scalable Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) provides flexibility and reliability at an economical cost. Rather than purchasing an expensive cabinet to house modules, a user can configure a UPS system using individual 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10kVA models, providing up to 30kVA with N+1 redundancy. The FN UPS features galvanic isolation and ECO mode with 97% efficiency.
