4 Tips to search anyone’s email address

What we say
is that over a third of salespersons are only trying to locate an email address
with their heads stuck against thea wall. Whatever the marketing campaign is,
it does not matter how clever or optimised, it is a no-starter if you can not
touch the future first.
To send a
request via a contact page for a prospect is all right, but we all know that it
is a game changer to speak to a prospect directly. That's why we'll explain an
almost stupid method in today's article for finding someone's email address.
Here is how it functions:
1) Begin
with Skrapp and LinkedIn
Initially, a combination of Linkedin and a
smart tool named Skrapp will be used in the email finding process. LinkedIn is the largest professional
social network in the world with over 500m users around the world. It is
possible that any one you want to log into has an account with LinkedIn so it's
the best place to start looking for an email address. The easiest way to get an e-mail
address is to simply add it to LinkedIn and press the "See contact
information" button to display your contact details.
However, not
all prospects can consider your connecting request that places something on the
wrench. It's time you
turn to Skrapp when you can't link to a prospect through LinkedIn. Skrapp is an
interactive tool for finding email addresses associated with any LinkedIn you
display with LinkedIn's sales navigator.
All you have
to do is to press the small blue button by using your Chrome extension and your
contact details will be automatically uploaded.
Another nice
little feature of Skrapp is that it can also scan for bulk email addresses,
which is especially useful when contacting more than one prospect. Whenever you're looking for LinkedIn
opportunities, Skrapp can be used to export the entire value of the page to a
CSV server.
Be aware that up to 100 e-mail
searches a month are allowed by Skrapp. You will have to buy a single package,
the least expensive from $49 a month for a thousand e-mails per month, if you
want more than that.
2. Use an
email finder
You should
be able to find someone's email address with only Skrapp most of the time, but
we advise you to move to an email
address finder called hunter if you do not get the result you are searching
for.
Hunter is an
easy to use email finder that comes
as a Google Chrome extension that provides all publicly connected e-mail
addresses to any given domain name.
This email address finder gives us a score
of how likely it is that the email address is active based on the number of
places it can be identified online. A further benefit of Hunter is that it offers you common
patterns behind the email addresses of that domain — you will at least know
what your contact details are even if you can't get the specific email address
of your prospect.
VoilaNorbert
is a business email finder that
works similar to Hunter. Like Hunter, you can check for the name of someone and
the company you work for and with VoilaNorbert you can collect all known public
email adresses.
However, its
extra features are what distinguish this business
email finder from the rest. In particular, its Gmail plugin allowing you to
schedule e-mails, set up memoranda and create automatic sequences for each
prospect.
Findemailaddress.co is a email address finder that does the same job but with more
efficiency and accuracy than the former two tools.
3. Use an
Email Permutator with Mail Tester
If you're
yet to find an email address for someone, then it's time to take a trained guess
in the dark. Many
companies follow the same basic formula when it comes to email addressesHunter
must be able to get you the e-mail pattern your browser uses, but only if you
are able to always upload every option from Metric Sparrow via E-mail
Permutator+.All you have to do is complete the required fields and make any
possible variation on your account.
While every
email address can be CC into a given account, save trouble with the use of
MailTester, another super easy tool, to receive hundreds of "Delivery System
Error" emails.
4. Find
gatekeeper using LinkedIn
Because most
of you will now realize, it is much more productive to approach a prospect via
a referral than cold calling. You should always take it first if you have the
possibility to be referred by shared contact.
However, you
can always try this approach for those of us who have no relation to each
other.
You can
always find somebody else who can even if you can't connect to your prospect.
You can go through LinkedIn to see whether you have shared ties or contact one
of their colleagues and help you introduce them.
This can be
accomplished by visiting the "About us" page of the company and
listing all of its current staff. They will provide a list of all current staff and will be
able to find someone in a similar position, or possibly somebody at the
executive level.
Once you get
the contact details of your gatekeeper, it is just as easy to reach and request
a reference.
