1. ISTQB and ISEB
ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) was formed in late 2002 and is a certification providing qualification in many fields. These include – IT assets and infrastructure, IT service management, IT governance, information and security, software testing, project management and support, sustainable IT, solution development & business analysis/change.
ISEB (The Information Systems Examinations Board) is the step taken forward by the chartered institute for IT called BCS (British Computer Society). It was formed in 1990 to support the career of IT professionals. It's professional certification is available in practitioner, foundation and advanced level of software testing.
2. CMST
CMST (Certified Manager for Software Testing) has been establish for the students who want to build their career in software testing at the international level. It's qualification is acquired in terms of principles of testing and capabilities to work on the software testing scenarios.
3. CASQ
CASQ (Certified Associate in Software Quality) is another institution providing software testing certification course, which is focused on quality assurance skills and principles at the fundamental level of gaining knowledge in software testing.
4. CSQA
CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst) certification is considered as one of the best institutions for learning best practices and principles of software quality assurance in the IT industry. It is basically an intermediate level examination that is beneficial for the role of the quality advisor to management.
