The success of any business is determined by the number of buyers whose needs you have successfully catered.

Interviews of ‘parting’ Candidates: There’s no issue in outsourcing HR and payroll services. But executing the ‘last interview’ of parting employees must be in your hands. This way you can improve as an overall organization. Be courageous to hear words about the working experience of the employees. If it was not a great one, then try to figure out what went wrong, was the work not that good or there was an internal conflict between the team/ teams. Remember there is always a scope of improvement. You need to know how to fix things.
