People's Planning in Kerala was a decentralized planning .Do you agree with this?

After a long realized the evil effects of centralized planning and development,

the economic planning in this country emphasized the participation of the people in

the formulation and implementation of the plans .when the people of Kerala started a

decentralized planning in 1996.it was well grass rooted level.

With the introduction of the people's plan people got more opportunities

to take part in the day to day administration of their villages .Thus it has become a peoples plan .The peoples plan is closely associated with the local self-governing bodies.they are the official agencies to draft the plan reports in consultation with the people .The plan was implemented through the Panchayati Raj institutions at three levels ...!
