Introducing and Creating a Simple Business Plan for 2011

Writing a business plan is the first step to starting a business, Planing your business is like a destination to long-term goal to success.

Your business plan is like a map to long-term success.

Have you ever been in a situation where you didn't have a map
to find your destination and got lost wasting precious time searching and never get where you wanted to be. Well, the same can happen to your business if you
don't plan out your business strategies.

A business plan help us as business owners just jump start our business
It gives us a clear direction where we wants our business to go.

Here are some simple steps I use to start creating my own business.
this is by no means a comprehensive plan but a primer to get you started.

1. Name your business - create a name, give your business a name that can brand what your are selling that will help in long terms success.

2. Vision- what would your business look like 10 years from now?

Think of how you may want to expand it in different area even countries, we have to think long term by including other branches or extra employees.

3. Mission statement -To make a difference in the projects of our clients so that their contribution to society help in building. tomorrow today.

4. Goals- We would like all clients to consider us as affordable, dependable and flexible service provider.

5. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities.

7. Financial plan - A financial plan will include a cash-flow forecast, a break even graph and projected profit and loss account. This will also include any investment you would need to start your business.

Now that I have share my simple business plan, make it a part of
your To do List and try understanding it clearly what is it you need to have success. Build upon it continuously and refer to it often, so you remain on track to
building a profitable and a successful business..
