Identifying & Targeting Prospects In Certain States
Recently I was tasked with running a marketing campaign for a company that has limited availability in certain states. This network marketing company is only available in 4 states, Maryland, Georgia, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
While you can recruit reps from any state, the product they sell, electricity, is only available in states where they have been approved by the local government to do business there. So this was slightly more challenging than just creating an amazing capture page and running USA traffic to it. I had to think of a different way to do it.
Using social media sites such as this, I have been able to seek out leaders in various states and plug them in to our opportunity. APSense, users do not seem to put their location in their profiles, or it's not easily searchable, but i've had great success prospecting people on other sites such as Bizoppers, where most users have their state filled in and searchable.
Using these tactics I can plug marketers in from each state who can then get local and start building in that state, collecting new customers and reps and building our team. Of course I share my tops on where to find people with the team so they can build fast outside their state too. Everyone wins, and all thanks to social media!
Thanks for reading and msg me on here if you find out more about some of my latest projects and ideas.
