Prices going up
I am sure you have noticed when you got milk the last time the price is higher, the same goes for just about any food you buy. How do you expect to stay healthy? Have you seen the price of meat? What about bread? Wow we are not going to have to worry about being nuked or some other disaster. We are all going to starve to death.
Oh and don't get me started on the price of gas. One little word whispered in the stock market and prices sky rocket. Everyone says it has to do with problems in other oil rich countries. Ok part of that is true, only because the stock market get wind of it. So up our prices go.
Then we go on to look at the prices we have to pay to live in a decent home, the water that comes in and goes out of that home, the electricity and gas needed to make the home run. It is completely mind boggling.
For all of these prices rising is anyone getting cost of living raises?. I doubt it. In fact half of us no longer have a job.
So now where do we go from here? We have to do something before its to late.

This is only a start to let everyone know now. Right now the middle east, European nations and Asia nations have been meeting and discussing the currency in use for barrels of gas. If you were not aware it is the Dollar bill as of now. If things change and the barrel goes off the dollar bill, we will all be wishing it was only $5 a gallon.

@Radek What you propose works it has been proven that boycotts can change things. It was one of the most effective forms of protest during the Civil Rights Movement. The problem is that everyone has to be on the same page and everyone has to keep up the boycott which means sacrifice. Most people don't want to sacrifice.
While you can get people to jump on the bandwagon, as soon as it starts to hurt or inconvenience them they jump off. They are not willing to stick it out. It's all about

Radek, I hope your comment gets topped, you are so right, it's an important factor to consider.
For the past months, me and my wife always put between $20 and $30 of gas when we go to the station. Is it a smart move? Probably not. But I can't help it, I don't want to pay more than $50 for a full tank in a Toyota Corolla, that's insane! Well, it's our new reality, but still hard to accept. I work from home, good for me.

It is true. And it is because people are "comfortable lazy gourmets". Hundred years ago man wake up take a tomato from his garden and the milk from his cow .......
And now? Wake up, need coffee from Brazil, water from glaciers from France, bio egg from Germany, piece of salmon from Canada ...
So is not easy to know where we go and if is too late or not. Also is hard to think about it. Can I change something as only one alone when others don't want to do the same way?

Michelle, I fully agree with your article. I actually wrote one the other day about emerging prices on food and gas as well. People do need to realize a few things and the price of food and gas is really going to hit home with a lot of people and those same people are going to struggle financially and personally. I know that I have taken some steps but there are more to go!!

Prices are going up and they are going up because of the cost of fuel. The cost of transport is factored into the price of everything we buy. Unfortunately most people don't have the first clue when it comes to the pricing of gas. It's not the oil rich countries that set the prices, it is the traders on the floor of the stock exchange that set prices.
