Exceptional customer service is the lifeblood of any business.  While promotions and cheaper prices are nice and can bring in new customers, but unless you can get them to come back  your business will not be profitable for long.

This video shows Joe and Safelite taking customer service to the next level.  (A video email would have been better. )    YOU need to deliver this type of customer service and YOU need to receive this type of service.
