High Street Guarantor Loans
It used to be that the high street was where everyone went when they wanted or needed something. Be it financial, a product, a service, absolutely everything was from the high street. Then came super markets which moved things out of the towns and cities, and then came the internet! This moved things away from the out skirts of cities to inside peoples homes!
Some loan and financial products have cropped up on the high street since the high street went into it's demise, but these are normally extreme sub prime products that are easy to access for people who can't get the internet at the time or who need a quick and hassle free loan - normally pawn shops and the like offer these sorts of loans.
On the internet, a number of new loan products has also appeared, one of these finance products are guarantor loans, which are a relatively new type of credit offering aimed at applicants with a poor to fair credit record. These loans have popped up really due to high demand for personal finance but also when there is a complete lack of sub prime finance available on the open market. To make these loans more accessible to a wide an audience as possible whilst still keeping costs as low as possible, they were introduced on the internet, which is both cheap and plentiful. This beats the high street on the counts of cost and access.
To make work, lending companies and brokers have been unable so far to pitch them into high street outlets. The reason behind this is because typical high street premisis have significant overheads - such as staff, ground rent, heating, phone lines, infrastructure, etc, etc. So this really means that if guarantor loans were available on your typical high street, they would have to be priced at such a high rate that they would be very unapplealing to people looking to get credit at reasonable rates.
So, this makes the internet the best and only place to advertise and make available these loan products. It keeps costs down for both the business involved and the customer (good news for all), therefore keeping everyone happy! Most people have access to the internet now days in one form or another and so if you are interested in getting your hands on a guarantor loan, you should search online and find a product that suits your needs.
One day in the future I it may be possible that these products are available from high street banks and outlets, but the numbers and demand would need to increase a fair bit to make this a legitimate business.
