Image Each community groups everywhere always have the view (philosophy) in life. This philosophy is based on the belief that dianutnya either religion or religious earth sky (celestial). The values of this wisdom is not only esteemed as an idea but then realized with the real work in both our personal, community and state.

Unfortunately the name of honor and sacred position in the past threatened to disappear from collective memory and our daily conversations. The names of these positions have our ears to foreigners and even this collective experience is no longer known among the younger generation.

Based on archives and manuscripts Kingdom / Sultanate Buthuuni (read Buton) is a sovereign kingdom that was founded in the mid 13th century and changed the status of his government became the Sultanate of State on 1 Ramadan 948 H (1540 M) when it officially accepted Islam as a religion State. From the sources of kabenci-kabenci (manuscripts) and Tula-Tula (traditional oral) stored in various languages and versions incised various information grandeur and glory of the Kingdom / Sultanate Buthuuni in the past.

Kabe-kabenci (manuscripts) and Tula-Tula (traditional oral) is inherited from generation to generation from generation generation incised various information such as regulatory issues, system and structure of government, state regulations and societal leadership and others who can categorized as a source of rich history of the Kingdom / Sultanate Buthuuni. Power area Kingdom / Sultanate Buthuuni consists of central and local government by central government is Wolio (now the City Baubau) and kekusaaan area consists of Barata and Kadie islands region that includes parts of southeastern peninsular Southeast Sulawesi consisting of Buthuuni Island (Buton), Muna Island , Kabaena Island, Islands Tiworo, Tikola, Tobeya, Tobeya Tobeya Big and Small, Island Makassar, Kadatua Island, Masiri, and Siompu Island, Talaga Big Island, Small Island Talaga, Poleang, thatch, Wawonii Island, Wanci Island, Island Tomia and Binongko Island.
