Our local newspaper reported this morning that the cost of butter, milk and other staples has gone up, in some cases as much as twenty percent. There is a way, however, to help defray your expenses and costs - free gift cards.Free gift card offers are not for everyone. They usually require some for of participation in marketing studies, surveys, or other similar programs, and some people just don't have the time or inclination to take part in these systems. If you are patient, and don't mind taking a few minutes out of your day, you can save hundreds - even thousands - of dollars by getting a few free gift cards for yourself.
I have a system for such offers that enables me to quickly and painlessly weed through the plethora of deals and find the ones that are the best. Here are some of my tips for getting the most out of free gift card offers.

Sometimes offers require you to be a valid credit card holder in order to participate. That doesn't mean they are going to charge you necessarily. I like to use preloaded bank cards for this purpose. I go to my local bank, and get a preloaded Visa for $25, so that I can use the number without risking my on my regular cards and my credit rating. - Set A Schedule & Know What You Want
You should set aside a little time each day to work on such offers, and target those offers that really appeal to you. There is no point in going after a Red Lobster gift card, if the nearest Red Lobster is 150 miles away.
