Exercise for the Middle Heavy Weights.
Walking is good exercise but it doesn't really get rid of body fat you need to do either sit-ups or crunches in order to get your belly smaller. Crunches are when you have your hands on the back of your head and you bring your knees towards your upper body. I find that I do better sit-ups when my upper body is lower than my legs so I can put my feet in a position to hold my body so I don't fall or slide off of what I am doing my sit-ups on. Try either one of these and you may even like to do sit-ups.
